Returns

We can offer returns/refunds on items which have become damaged in the post or if we send you the wrong product, which we clearly hope will never happen! If your situation does not fall into these categories, or you feel we have misrepresented an item then please contact us at contact@notoriouskitsch.co.uk. We always aim to provide good service and there may be instances where a refund is required that we haven't detailed above, in any event if you are unhappy with your order please contact us, our customers are of the utmost importance to us, without you, we don't exist!  
 
In the unlikely event that one of our products does not meet with your high expectations, then please follow the instructions below.

Please email us at sales@notoriouskitsch.co.uk. with full details of the product that you purchased from us and quote the order number which was displayed on your confirmation order email along with the reason for the return.

We will then let you know by email the best way to return the product to us, this is usually by Royal Mail recorded delivery post but if the product is heavy or very bulky, we may suggest another method of transit like a courier service.
 
If you return the unwanted product within 30 days from the date on which you received it, we will refund the credit card you used to make the original purchase less our delivery costs within seven days of receipt or sooner. All we ask is that you pay for is the cost of returning the item to us.
 
IMPORTANT: Please return the item to us unused, in perfect resalable condition and in the original packaging along with any instructions, manuals and accessories. Please note we do NOT refund the delivery charge when we sent you the item originally nor do we pay for the cost of the return. If the item is returned to us damaged (without prior notification to us of damage when you first received it), used or with any items missing from the box including instructions or accessories, we will not be able to accept it back and it will be returned to you at your cost.
 
Please note you will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us and are signed for.
